It is mandatory to submit TCF or DELF B2 certificate if you are planning to apply to :

- 1st year of bachelor's (Licence 1) at a public university,

- to architecture programs at the bachelor's and master's levels in one of the national schools of architecture (ENSA).

For all other programs, you need to check the requirements of the university and decide whether you have to submit TCF or DELF B2 certificate.
